The following are
club rules voted by majority rule and
adopted in annual
meeting.

Membership
Dues: All member’s dues will be paid in full on or
before July 31st 2006. Membership is
limited to 60 members. No refund for membership without a member to take your
place. 2007 hunting membership is due
when Club dues are paid.

Hunting
Privileges:
Are for the Big Lease and Club Properties (Archery Only), Cooler, and free
utilities as space is available.
·
Camping
area rules: All rifles/muzzleloaders unloaded at all
times. Alcohol to be consumed in
moderation at appropriate times. No
drugs allowed. Be respectful of others’
privacy and keep noise to a minimum. If
you burn firewood, bring firewood.
Everyone’s job to keep camp clean

Guest
rules: Each member is allowed a guest who lives 100+
miles from the club; Adult over 65, or child under 16
years of age for “Doe Days” only. Guest can harvest Does Only. The member must
notify the

Stand
locations/Sign-in rules: Members may locate personal stands anywhere
on property (please have a name tag on your stand). However, prior to hunting, the member must
mark his hunt location on the map board located at the beginning of the “Big
Lease”. Hunt locations are on a first
come/ first serve basis. A 200-yard radius
distance should be maintained from any member’s hunt location marked on board. It will be the responsibility of each member
to become familiar with property maps and topography to insure the 200-yard
distance is maintained. Members will
mark board with their initials plus date and will remove same upon leaving
property (This is a Must). Failure to do so will result in a $100
fine. Please refrain from
scouting during deer/turkey season dates.

Game
Checkout & Antler Restrictions: Georgia State
Regulations for all members only. Their second buck must meet QDM. Each guest Doe
harvest will be deducted from the member’s total. All harvested game must be
reported to Robbie Chappell or the sign in sheet at the Club Store on Mondays
and followed up with a phone call or email.
Failure to register your harvest will
result in a $100 fine.

ATV
Restrictions: All vehicles, ATV or otherwise, will maintain
200-yard distance radius from hunters locations as marked on map board. It is agreed that ATV use will be kept to a
minimum during hunting season, i.e. No joy riding. Be responsible and safe.

Mandatory
Work Days: Two
annual work days with one mandatory with an optional $25 buy out.
